We always enjoy listening to feedback and ideas from our users. We don’t always have time to implement everything right away, but everything is registered in our internal project management system.
Not easy to know what others have suggested
It’s not easy to know if something you want to suggest already have been suggested or not, and maybe you would like to know that before submitting the idea yourself. That’s why we just released a new system for ideas, comments and questions. This also allows you to vote on ideas submitted by others.
Contribute to existing ideas
If you have ideas on how to improve an existing idea, you can now simply add them as comments to the existing idea. Remember to also give thumbs up to ideas you want to see implemented.
Feel free to give us some love
Want to share some positive words with us? Click on Praise, and write a few words, if you think we deserve it.
Ask questions
You can also ask questions, or answer questions asked by others. The system will automatically search for similar questions for you.
We hope this new tool will be a nice addition to the Help Center and our own support system, and that this will make it easier to see the current list of suggestions and what we’re working on.
Everything you post on the Community page will be visible for all users. Questions related to active trips, lists, your account etc, should still be submitted through our support system.
